Swallow 8×20 Raven greenhouses are traditionally built using Thermowood glazing bars of a sturdy 58mm x 32mm thickness. Thermowood is a heat-treated timber that is extra strong and durable with a consistent attractive finish, heat and steam modify the timber to greatly reduce the water and resin content, this leaves a very stable wood that is perfect for outdoor buildings and is expected to last for decades!
