The greenhouse took 2 very capable and knowledgeable men 3 days to erect . The instructions are clearly not written by a person who has attempted to erect the structure. It is not shown anywhere whether the instructions are to be read viewing the greenhouse from the outside looking in or the inside looking out: such a simple thing to clarify from the outset. The information regarding when to fit the additional bolts needed to secure the window frame and roof cross struts should be visible when erecting the side frames, but it is shown much later, this necessitates disassembling work already done – ridiculous . The overall dimensions given as advertised were inaccurate, so if you are putting a concrete base down be aware that the greenhouse is bigger than the advertised 12′ x 8′. The door handle did not fit because of the powder coating on the frame. Neither do the two clips that secure the door handle in place, we had to drill the door plate to make them fit. The glass for the side vents were 10mm too small and had to be secured in place by silicone. The black plastic spacers used to fit the acrylic curved panels to the glass were badly bent and warped, these had to left in the sun to soften and be re-shaped. The glass pack as delivered is extremely heavy, impossible to move without MHE and therefore a health and safety issue – this needs to be split into smaller packs to allow safe handling. During the erection and the many discussions, and re-work that was done, and frustration with the lack of information supplied, I wished I hadn’t ordered it. Looks good now its completed. Worth the money? Possibly! Worth the hassle of the erection – definitely not.

We are so delighted with our new potting shed. It is much more spacious than we had imagined and feels really well constructed and sturdy. The wood is beautiful and it has made our whole garden feel much nicer. Self-opening windows are a great bonus, and the installation team was great. Excellent service would highly recommend!

I ordered a Falcon Wooden Greenhouse after lots of research and overall, I am delighted with my purchase. It is an excellent greenhouse and I anticipate many years of good service from it. However, I found the instructions (pictures, letters, numbers, arrows, etc rather than words) very difficult to follow and I was eventually informed that I hadn’t been sent the updated version which clearly didn’t help. It took me a long time to put it together and I had to ring up a couple of times to ask for bits that were missing (they were sent very quickly and without hassle). Overall, a super greenhouse that I would definitely recommend but a pain to assemble.

Excellent service from permiumgreenhouses, advised of delivery date and the greenhouse arrived a day earlier. Although I am a keen DIYer, the instructions sometimes were a bit of a challenge, however my wife was on hand to help! Also good support from permiumgreenhouses as needed. On my own it took about 18 hours in total to complete the build and it was easy to secure to my ready made base. Some areas of the instructions could have been a bit more explanatory (e.g Highlighting when extra bolts need to be inserted would have helped), but good when you figure it out.
Only criticism is the door handles, did not fit them, will look for something locally a bit more friendly.

Firstly my thanks to Adrian at PermiumGreenhouses who answered my many questions and helped me to ensure I choose the right specification. Polite, friendly and professional – customer service at its best. The greenhouse is top quality, a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing structure that adds to the gardens interest rather than being one of those that people try to hide behind a hedge or trellis. Elite contacted me to arrange delivery and this went smoothly. It wasn’t the easiest to erect and the instructions were not particularly intuitive, however allow double the time you anticipate or pay for a professional installation! Just received our Swallow Falcon Wooden Greenhouse and we are very excited. From order to delivery everything was smooth and fully discussed and explained. We were told there was a 1 week lead time (December) but received a call 4 days later to say could we take delivery – FAB. We would have no hesitation in recommending this greenhouse. It is much nicer than in the pictures, really well constructed and the team that put it up were wonderful, answered all our questions and gave us a laugh along with it, really nice people and they made sure everything was nice and clean too and tidied up after themselves. Had to wait (understandably) a while for my greenhouse due to the lockdown rush. However, Swallow kept me informed of progress and my greenhouse arrived when promised.
The installation team was incredibly helpful, efficient, and polite and made sure that I was happy before they left. The greenhouse, which I chose in Bracken Green is beautiful and also functional. I absolutely love it and would recommend a Swallow Greenhouse to anyone.
